Cultura noastra.

We set out to build the best culture in the consulting industry — one that cares about the work we do and the people we work with. A culture that celebrates individuals and creates lifelong friendships.

In our 20th year, we received the greatest honor of all: recognition for our efforts. We were awarded Best Company Culture and Best Companies for Women by Comparably, a career-data company.

This isn’t the first time others have noticed we invest heavily in our culture. Over the years, we’ve been honored for our commitment to employees, clients and communities. Most recently we were recognized as one of Fast Company’s 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators.

Culture is our true secret power and it is unique to 352. Without our teams of inspired people working closely with our clients, nothing we do would be possible. Embracing change, being candid and celebrating wins are things we value, which brings our company of innovators, designers and entrepreneurs together as a family.

Like many families, we love a good reunion. At Arlo, we use our events (like Office Days and Comfy Day to name a few) to build upon our culture and add to our inside jokes. In fact, each year our whole company is reunited for our annual retreat. During the retreat, we hold a Gardenmo where our teams create new products – many of which have now been used by hundreds of thousands of people.
